Kevin grew up in Australia, spending most of his life in Melbourne. He began his career in the tobacco industry, working in Australia, Europe and Asia. In 2006, Kevin transitioned to the lighting market in Australia, joining WE-EF Lighting. During his tenure, he significantly grew the company's sales.

Kevin is well-versed in the US market having migrated in 2013, settling in Boulder, Colorado with his family. During his leisure time, Kevin pursues a variety of outdoor activities, including skiing, fly fishing, kayaking, and mountain biking. In addition to these active hobbies, he is also passionate about art, working in both watercolor painting and photography. In fact, his photographs have been featured in catalogs, on websites, and in advertising.
