Steinberg Hart created a new office space located downtown in the Financial District, that would allow them to quickly grow their firm, expand the company, and give them a generous sized space to be creative and easily interact. This new office at 7,600 sq ft. incorporates contemporary with historic. The beautiful space exposes the rustic brick and concrete and combines it with the modern furniture and lighting. The large open space allows the entire staff, including management, to interact and collaborate easily.

The abundance of natural light combined with Selux M36 Direct/Indirect lighting increases productivity and leads to a more joyful atmosphere. The direct light illuminates the targeted office space as well as effectivly illuminating the ceiling with it's indirect lighting. The result is soft, uniform illumination that brightens up the space. The M36 louver with diffuser inlay was used to create a discreet controlled light distribution when shining directly down. Using the proprietary LED optic system and a louver with diffuser inlay, the M36 provides stunning solutions that are both intelligent and efficient. This Steinberg Hart project recieved a LEED Silver rating through the incorporation of sustainable practices.
