Joe Murray Rivers, Jr. Intermodal Transit Center
Savannah, Georgia
Opened on October 7, 2013, the Joe Murray Rivers, Jr. Intermodal Transit Center is the culmination of a transportation dream more than 15 years in the making. It has been named for Joe Murray Rivers, Jr., a staunch transit advocate, former Chatham County board member, Chatham Area Transit (CAT) board member, and interim Executive Director at CAT.
The Joe Murray Rivers, Jr. Intermodal Transit Center serves as a mobility hub, connecting Savannah’s local bus service with bike sharing, the airport, cross-country coach, and train.
Selux M125 is the perfect fit for this project with its impact-resistant lens and one-piece silicone gasket that protects against dust and ensures high luminaire efficiency while providing exceptional light uniformity and glare control.
