Continental Divide

Continental Divide is an Energy and Telecommunications Cooperative. Their newly built headquarters campus is located in Grants, New Mexico. The new building was completed and ready for move in on March of 2023. The new campus includes a 14,000-square-foot administration building. An equipment warehouse and a group of maintenance shops make up a large portion of the property. Employees and guests are reminded of the beautiful picturesque area with large scenic prints that cover the walls from room to room displaying the land and monuments. Wood paneling was use in ceilings on on walls to contribute to the rustic feel. The wood was made out of the salvaged dead trees that were lost due to the bark-beetles.
Energy-efficient LED's light the interior of the building. Selux M60 is used throughout. In the conference room, Selux M60 Direct / Indirect directs the light purposefully on the conference table and well as illuminating the light towards the ceiling to improve visibility sufficiently without glare. Continental Divide lightning bolt logo is mimicked by M60. This stunning, custom configuration grabs attention and stands out. The M60 custom lightning bolt is used recessed in the hallways as well as hanging pendant in the dining area. Within the large meeting room is an impressive floating wood ceiling. The Selux M60 pendant is hung within the wood slots, retaining the clean, rustic look of the room and pdelivering a uniformed lighting appearance.
